LiquidSix Hosting is a site of the PW New Media Network, our 'Parent Company' established since 1997, whom are focused upon web development and various greater projects.
We as LiquidSix Hosting offer a variety of low-cost Windows 2003 Server Hosting plans, starting as low as $17.00 per year for low-end users and ranging all the way up to $90.00 per year, for higher-end users with greater requirements. In addition to Shared Hosting we also offer Reseller Plans, Mail Plans and Domain Registration, making us your 'one-stop-shop' so to speak.
What unique selling points do you offer?
Before embarking on LiquidSix Hosting as a business project we have had plenty of experience at the client-end of user-provider relationships. To say now as providers we have an absolute 'know how' of everything, is false, however we do believe we have a good understanding for different customer needs and expectations, which we continue to develop and consider when evaluating our services We are highly geared towards delivering professional, top quality web hosting, from we ourselves would expect no less.
Describe the services you offer?
A service that allows you to upload and store a site's HTML documents and related files on a Web server, making them available on the World Wide Web for viewing by the public. The service provided should be professional, straight forward and well supported.
Describe your target market?
Our current target market is basic to higher-end web developers. Whether the client is just starting out with web making or one who is an accomplished developer and requires more tools/technologies/..., we hope to cater for them. In addition our target market extends to those who may be interested in establishing a small to medium hosting business, to whom our reseller options will appeal to.
How is your company planning for the future?
Considering on going developments in our parent company (PW New Media), we believe this can only benefit LiquidSix Hosting in the years to come. Along with our parent company, we hope to start providing some more unique services which we can bring to LiquidSix Hosting. Our development team is currently hard at work on a number of web scripts, which we hope to provide hosting services for. This includes our ASP based forum system, for which we will offer an easy system for people to get forums quickly and without having to upload and configure them theirselves. Who better to host the scripts for you, but the people who wrote them?
Although we may be 'small fish in a big pond' at the moment, we are optimistic about the future and the bigger picture. To pick a particular matter on our agenda as we speak, we are looking to expand to services of offer Linux Server Hosting.

At LiquidSix Hosting we believe we are able to offer an overall, superior service compared to other web hosting services. Our plans, packed with features, are priced very competitively and are constantly re-evaluated to keep them so. We are always looking at ideas to improve our 'product' and expand our target market through product range and services. How do you support your customers?
Knowledge Base (FAQ's) - Common questions we get asked or can foresee are published and answered in this online source which collects them and allows users to access it at any time.
Online Helpdesk - Users submit a 'ticket' on the Helpdesk, which can be answered by any one from the support team allowing us to answer questions as quickly as possible. It is also possible for us to select the best member of staff to attend to any specific query.
E-mail - If users prefer to submit requests via e-mail, they can do so to a number of addresses, each set up for specific regards.
Live Chat - If we are online, users can talk to a representatives 'Live' via our online chat facility powered by BoldChat.
